Having trouble viewing the flipbook magazine? View and download the PDF instead. By the pricking of my thumbs, something printed this way comes. The easing of the lockdown here in the UK and the ‘roadmap’ for the way forward (all be it that the roadmap is fuzzy around the edges) seems to be implying that shops will be opening in the UK in early July, and whilst we export loads of copies of Wi overseas the UK is our largest market and with the planned reopening of UK shops we can start, or at least plan to start, printing and selling the monthly magazine again. Huzzah! I hear you shout, or do I? Maybe you have grown to love your weekly dose of Wi in PDF form so much you never want to go back…? Producing a weekly PDF magazine has certainly given me and the team plenty to think about and has at times felt like a welcome breath of fresh air. WARGAMING IN THE TIME OF CORONAVIRUS This week we hear from one half of Perry Miniatures, Alan Perry, who when he’s not sculpting he’s painting and when he’s not painting he’s playing and when he’s not playing he’s a dealer in fine art. PATMOCON As wargames conventions around the world were being cancelled or rescheduled to avoid the pandemic, the bright sparks at Paint all the Minis (PatM) decided to take to the virtual space to hold a gaming and modelling show via attendees’ computer screens. Peter Brown of PatM takes up the story. UPSCALING Slightly fatigued by so much figure painting, David Bickley turned to his bits box for inspiration and came up with the idea of upscaling some buildings for his North American battlefield settings. WARGAMES SPACES: THE BARRACK-ROOM PROJECT Kent wargamer Michael Carson relates his tale of an adventure in wargaming infrastructure which resulted
