Access to and use of this site (‘wargamesillustrated.net’) is provided by Wargames Illustrated Limited subject to the following terms:
By using wargamesillustrated.net you agree to be legally bound by these terms, which shall take effect immediately on your first use of wargamesillustrated.net. If you do not agree to be legally bound by all the following terms please do not access and/or use wargamesillustrated.net.
Wargames Illustrated Limited may change these terms at any time by posting changes online. Please review these terms regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes made by Wargames Illustrated Limited. Your continued use of wargamesillustrated.net after changes are posted means you agree to be legally bound by these terms as updated and/or amended.
Subscriptions & Memberships
Magazine (print) subscriptions will begin with the next (not current) issue. If you wish to cancel your subscription before it renews, simply head over to your Account area and cancel the renewal. If the next payment has already been taken by the time you cancel, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a refund. Refunds are only valid for 30 days after payment.
Print magazine subscriptions
UK and EU – We offer print subscriptions to customers in the UK and EU via our webstore, or via mail order. Magazines are despatched, directly from our printer, on or around the 20th of every month. Please allow two weeks for delivery to addresses in the UK, and four weeks elsewhere. Please contact us via please contact us via our Contacts page if your magazine has not arrived within that time frame.
In cases where the magazine comes with a gift – in the form of plastic models – these ‘freebies’ are only available to UK, not EU, subscribers.
Wargames Illustrated Ltd accepts no responsibility for free gifts that are damaged in the post and no replacements free gifts are available.
Your print subscription will begin with the next (not current) issue of the magazine.
US – We welcome print subscribers in the United States via our US distribution partner Ironheart Artisans. All purchases from Ironheart Artisans (IA) are delt with by IA directly and their terms and conditions differ from those of Wargames Illustrated Ltd. Please contact IA directly if you have any enquires or queries regarding your subscription.
AUS/NZ – We welcome print subscribers in Australia And New Zealand via our Australia distribution partner Khaki & Green Books. All purchases from Khaki & Green Books (K&G) are delt with by K&G directly and their terms and conditions differ from those of Wargames Illustrated Ltd. Please contact K&G directly if you have any enquires or queries regarding your subscription.
WiPrime Memberships
WiPrime is Wargames Illustrated’s online members club. Membership to WiPrime is via recuring monthly or yearly subscription. During your membership you will be able to access all the benefits associated with WiPrime, via logging into your online account. Upon cancellation of your WiPrime membership you will lose access to all content and any related Member benefits.
Recurring Payments
A recurring payment is where a payment for a subscription or membership recurs automatically at the point where the previous subscription or membership ended, that might be annually, quarterly or monthly, depending on the subscription/membership originally purchased. The payment term will be specified before your purchase and included in your order acknowledgement email or letter. Customers with recuring Subscriptions/Memberships will receive renewal reminders ten days prior to recurrence, via email.
Once a payment has been collected and the 30-day cooling-off period has elapsed, no refund* will be made and any cancellation will be from the next claim date of the payment. *Unless exceptional circumstances apply, please see the Cancellation and Refunds section for more details.
During your subscription/membership term, we reserve the right to increase the cost of any subscription/membership and vis-à-vis your payment. However, we will notify you before any changes are made, by email or by post, and you retain the right to cancel your subscription/membership at any point before recurrence takes place.
For recuring PayPal payments, these terms should be read in conjunction with their Recurring Payments and Billing Agreement.
Subscription and Membership cancellations
Once logged in, subscriptions and memberships can be cancelled at any time via the My Account page of the Wargames Illustrated website.
We will refund cancelled UK subscribers with a quarter of their subscription cost for each undelivered quarter (three months) of issues you opt out of getting. Your WiPrime Membership will be cancelled after we get notification of your cancelation (usually within a week).
We will refund cancelled European subscribers with a quarter of their subscription cost for each undelivered quarter (three months) of issues you opt out of getting. Your WiPrime Membership will be cancelled after we get notification of your cancelation (usually within a week).
We cannot offer refunds on three-month subscriptions, but you can ensure you will not be charged again by ending your subscription.

REFUNDS
Once a payment has been collected, no refund will be made after the 30-day money-back guarantee window. Any cancellation will be from the next claim date of the payment. Unless exceptional circumstances apply. Exceptional circumstances would include death/illness or hardship. Refunds direct to your bank/card can take between 5 – 7 working days.
Voucher codes
Voucher code discounts are applied directly at the checkout and your discount will be confirmed before and after payment. Terms and conditions vary and will be stated on all promotional marketing material; this includes minimum value, brand and offer exclusions and voucher expiry dates. If you are using a voucher code on a recurring subscription the discount is only applicable for the first payment of the subscription, payments will then continue at the original advertised rate. Voucher codes are not valid on renewals for subscriptions.
Shipping
Shipping physical products within the UK
Items ordered via the Wargames Illustrated website usually be delivered throughout the UK within 14 working days (from order “Completed” status) unless stated otherwise. Pre-order and back-order products will be despatched on release. Despatch will be delayed on any order which continues a pre or back ordered item, until all items are available for despatch.
Shipping physical products outside of the UK
Whilst we welcome subscriptions, memberships, and digital product orders from outside the United Kingdom, our physical products that require shipping should be ordered from our distribution partner, North Star Military Figures – we do not ship physical products overseas.
Downloading digital products
We sell numerous digital/downloadable products via our webstore. Once purchased digital products can be downloaded immediately from the Order Confirmation page, via the Order Confirmation email, or from your My Account > Order page.
Accuracy & Reliability
While Wargames Illustrated Limited attempts to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the information contained on this site, it makes no guarantee, warranty or promise, express or implied, concerning the content or accuracy of documents appearing on the site. Users must refer to the originating bodies for final confirmation of the information provided.
Wargames Illustrated Limited reserves the right to make changes to any material on the site at any time, including but not limited to details relating to articles, page content, prices, product information and services.
Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability
