Sally 4th are adding to the variety of options using Buck Surdu’s Combat Patrol rules system with the upcoming Albedo Combat Patrol miniatures game. Based upon Steve Gallaci’s Albedo Anthropomorphic comic book stories, this is gritty sci-fi combat in an age of anthropomorphic animals based upon mammalian and avian species.
Of course, alongside these rules, there have to be miniatures. These are multi-part metal miniatures, mostly using separate heads, allowing you to customize your force as you will. You simply choose your pose, add the head of the creature you want to represent (canine, feline, avian, or rather perhaps a dog-faced warrior, a tiger-faced hero, etc.), glue it in place and then paint the figure up in the colours of your chosen planet or faction.

To match this refreshing take on sci-fi gaming, there is also a range of unique buildings planned, a cleaner, more futuristic take on the topic. Like all the MDF buildings created by Sally 4th, they can be used as an integral part of your gaming, complete with space within to do so.
With various miniatures for the different factions, plus vehicles and even buildings to use on the tabletop, this is shaping up to be a major release. The range will launch as a Kickstarter in October 2018, with various pledge options. For more information, check out the Sally 4th website.
