Warfare 2009 Show Report
By Paul Davies
Being one of the last wargames events in the year meant that, inevitably, many of the games on show, I had previously seen. And unfortunately, I was only able to get to the show on the Sunday, when there seemed to be a lot of empty tables, which was rather disappointing.Whether that was the result of gamers deciding to ‘head for the hills’ at the threat of the predicted bad weather, or simply because they had only booked in for the Saturday, I don’t know, but nevertheless, there was still enough on view to interest most visitors, although it was clear that Saturday had been by far the busier day of the two, both in relation to visitors and games.

Mind you, from a purely personal point of view, less visitors, meant less ‘crush’ and more time to enjoy the games that were on show, AND I got the chance to browse through the trade stands and be parted from my money! And so to a small selection of games from Warfare 2009.
